New products and functionality
A new recipe, a different coating, or an additional process step can place different demands on your production line.
An Improvement Project can focus on adding functionality, modifying existing equipment, or expanding the production line. From a targeted improvement to a larger-scale technical expansion, we build on the installation already in place.
Increasing capacity
Growing demand for your product does not automatically mean you need a completely new line. We assess which parts of the installation determine capacity and where opportunities for expansion exist. We start with what you want to achieve and what the existing production line is technically capable of.
From there, we determine which technical steps make sense.
Overhauls, upgrades, and retrofits
A production line can remain in operation for many years, while technology and individual components continue to evolve.
Through overhauls, upgrades, and retrofits, Tanis can refurbish or modify existing equipment. We assess which parts can be retained and where components or functionality can be adapted to your product, capacity, and process.
From practical improvements to technical expansion
Improvement Projects can range from a targeted modification to a larger technical expansion of the existing production line.
This could involve simplifying cleaning with a CIP Skid, adding new coating and finishing options with a Sugar Sander, or reducing noise around the production area with a Sound Filter. Smaller modifications, such as a Bucket Rack, can also make day-to-day work around the line more practical.
In this way, we build on what is already in place and determine which modification best aligns with your product, process, and production objectives.
From production challenge to technical solution
Whether it involves a new recipe, higher capacity, a different finishing process, or a practical improvement around the line, the challenge determines which technical modification is required. We start with what is already in place and, from there, explore what is technically possible.
From troubleshooting to preventive support, our team is committed to your success.
