First understand what your production requires
A production line running continuously calls for different choices than an operation with fluctuating volumes, a changing product mix, or seasonal peaks.
We look at critical components and installed options, as well as operating hours, the production environment, and product mix. We also discuss where you want to reduce risk and where preventive support can be most beneficial.
Together, these factors determine the type and level of support best suited to your production.
Clear roles and responsibilities
Effective support is not only about the production line. The knowledge, capacity, and experience within your team are equally important.
We therefore identify which activities your own team carries out, where knowledge can be developed further, and where Tanis expertise can complement your team. This creates a clear division of roles and responsibilities while ensuring that the support remains aligned with what your organization actually needs.
From direct support to planned maintenance
Depending on the arrangements within your TSA, support can take different forms. Our first-line hotline is available 24/7 for troubleshooting and guidance. Through remote HMI access, our specialists can assess the status and parameters of the installation and support your on-site team. For more complex technical issues, additional remote online support is available during agreed service windows on business days.
A TSA can also include Inspection Visits and Preventive Maintenance. During an Inspection Visit, we assess the technical condition of the production line and its key components. For Preventive Maintenance, the required work is coordinated in advance based on the installation and how it is used. Findings, work performed, and potential next steps are then documented.
Keeping pace with what your production requires
What works well today may no longer be the right fit a year from now. Production volumes change, recipes are adjusted, and your product mix may shift. Teams also develop, while the condition of components changes over time.
Through regular contact, Progress Visits, and Status Update Calls, we stay aligned on performance, outstanding actions, and areas for improvement. Where needed, specialists from Maintenance, Equipment, Process, or Food Technology can be brought in.
This allows the support to evolve alongside your production.
The right balance for your organization
A Tanis Support Agreement is not about including as many services as possible. It is about finding the right balance between risk, knowledge, responsibilities, and support.
From troubleshooting to preventive support, our team is committed to your success.
