Tanis’ technology is truly next-level. We work exclusively with high-end machines that utilise the latest techniques. That’s what makes working at Tanis so great. But as well as using these machines, we also build the right machines for the right purposes and help our customers create the perfect product. It’s no coincidence that we’re one of the biggest players in the confectionery production market. No one else operates at our level of quality, innovation and service. It’s something we’re incredibly proud of and where we continue to innovate endlessly.

Tanis Vitaal

Healthy people are happy people. That’s why we at Tanis don’t like to sit still. Not at all, thanks to our own gym and wellness programme: Tanis Vitaal! Together with our colleagues, we take on sporting challenges. Dozens of staff members have already crossed the finish line at events including the Amstel Gold Race, Singelloop, Rotterdam Marathon, Terheijden Triathlon and Limburgs Mooiste. And in 2022, we even travelled to France for the ‘Tanis Adventure Series’, where we took part in all sorts of activities around Alpe d’Huez, such as cycling, hiking and running.

Personal development

We at Tanis are growing, and so are you as a team member. That’s why personal development is a top priority for us. You’ll have a development review with your manager at least once a year. During this review, we’ll identify the areas in which you can and wish to develop further.

Staff Association

As well as working hard, there’s always time at Tanis for fun activities and parties. This gives everyone the chance to get to know each other a bit better.

Crazy party

At Tanis, we love a good party. We celebrated our 30th anniversary in style, for example. But we mustn’t forget our delicious Christmas dinner, our annual summer barbecue and all our other parties either.

Workshop Sugar Confectionery

Would you like to join us, but don’t know much about sweets yet? No problem. During your first few weeks, you’ll take part in our Sugar Confectionery workshop, also known as ‘sugar class’. Our in-house food technologists from the Tanis Innovation Centre will teach you everything you need to know.
