Tanis Presents Itself Like Never Before

With great pride and gratitude, we look back on a highly successful edition of Interpack 2026. Throughout the exhibition, we had the pleasure of welcoming a large number of visitors to our booth: long-standing relations, new contacts, and professionals from all over the world. We would like to sincerely thank everyone for their time, interest, and inspiring conversations.

During this edition, Tanis demonstrated what the company stands for today: innovation, reliability, and progress within the confectionery industry. Visitors were able to experience our complete production line for Gums and Jellies, including our 100th moulding line. In addition, together with Aasted, we introduced a completely new solution for the production of candy bars. The world’s largest gummy mosaic also attracted tremendous attention, alongside the well-known hospitality of Tanis; including our very own Gummy Beer. Cheers!

Valuable Meetings and New Opportunities Worldwide

Interesting meetings were at the heart of this exhibition week. It was a pleasure to reconnect with existing relations from around the world while also meeting new partners and industry professionals. On every level, this edition proved to be highly productive. The energy at our stand, the in-depth discussions, and the enthusiasm from the market once again confirmed how dynamic the confectionery industry is and how many opportunities there are for innovation and collaboration.

Tanis and Aasted Introduce an Innovative Candy Bar Solution

One of the absolute highlights was the introduction of the collaboration between Tanis and Aasted on Friday, May 8. With great interest from the audience, Leo Tanis and Mads Hedstrøm officially launched this Dutch-Danish partnership together. Tanis and Aasted are jointly introducing a completely new solution for candy bar production to the market. This innovative concept offers significant advantages in terms of floor space, cooling time, energy consumption, and, equally important, product consistency. The strong interest from visitors and industry professionals immediately confirmed the potential of this collaboration.

The Power of the 800 Compact and the 100th Moulding Line

Our award-winning 800 Compact Complete Production Line for Gums and Jellies also attracted a great deal of attention. This powerful line was showcased in full operation at our stand, allowing visitors to clearly understand why this solution performs so successfully and efficiently. Thanks to several smart and practical innovations, the 800 Compact has become a true favorite within the Gums and Jellies market.

Part of this line was our 100th moulding line; a technology that has proven itself in the market for more than a decade and has continuously evolved over the years. Positioned directly next to the moulding line was also a replica of our newest world record achievement: the world’s largest gummy mosaic, officially recognized by Guinness World Records. The mosaic, consisting of no fewer than 81,400 gummies, can be produced by the 800 Compact in just 4 minutes and 30 seconds. It was a spectacular demonstration of the true capacity and power of this production line. And that’s why we call ourselves The Dutch Masters of Confectionery.

After Interpack, the Conversations Truly Begin

Once again, we would like to thank everyone who visited us during Interpack. In the coming months, many conversations will continue as we further develop plans together with our partners and relations. Because after Interpack, the conversations do not end, in many ways, they are only just beginning.
