From strategy to inventory
Together, we determine which parts are relevant to your production line and how they can be organized effectively.
This can include spare parts packages, support with managing your on-site inventor, and the replenishment of consumed spare parts and consumables. This ensures that your inventory is better aligned with the installation and with the way your organization carries out maintenance.
Prepared for planned maintenance
A maintenance window should be used for maintenance, not for searching for missing parts.
For Preventive Maintenance, the required components can be bundled into maintenance kits in advance. Findings from inspections can also be considered when preparing the maintenance work, taking into account component condition, wear, and future spare parts requirements.
Planning ahead as components age
A Tanis production line may still have years of service ahead, while a single critical component may already be unavailable. When a part reaches the end of its life cycle, Tanis assesses which replacement options are available. This may be an alternative component or, where technically necessary, a modification or retrofit.
This means we look not only at the parts you need today, but also at their availability over the longer term.
Staying in control of your spare parts
The goal is not to fill a warehouse with spare parts. The goal is to know which parts are important, when you may need them, and how to stay prepared.
From troubleshooting to preventive support, our team is committed to your success.
