Application process

1. Application

Have you found the perfect vacancy? Great! Send us your CV and a short motivation letter via the application button. Within five working days, we’ll let you know whether we’re just as enthusiastic as you are.

2. Initial Phone Introduction

Do we see a match? Then we’ll schedule a short phone interview or video call. During this conversation, which usually lasts about 15 to 30 minutes, we’ll get to know each other briefly and discuss our mutual expectations.

3. First Interview

After a positive introduction, we’ll invite you for a first interview (on-site or online). During this meeting, we’ll take a deeper look at your experience, your talents, and the content of the role. Of course, there will also be plenty of opportunity for you to ask us questions.

4. Second Interview

The connection is there! During this second interview, a future colleague or manager will often join the conversation. We’ll dive deeper into the practical side of the role, discuss specific cases, and explore whether you’ll feel at home within our team.

5. Assessment (Optional)

For some positions, an online assessment or practical assignment may be part of the process. This helps us gain an even better understanding of your specific skills and development areas.

6. Offer & Onboarding

Have we both agreed that we’re the perfect match? Then we’ll gladly make you a suitable offer. Once everything is signed, we’ll warmly welcome you and kick off your onboarding journey!
